Complaint

At 4:30 I booked an apointment and was told the time available would be at 5 I then did a bit of shopping, when I got there at 5 a staff meeting was held and I was told I need to wait, I adhered to the appointment time only to be told to wait and I am the customer, I decided to go to sorbet which helped me immediately and gave the best service as this was my daughter's first haircut, the service is dissapointing and will not be going there, I would have been using this service regularly, you lost a customer and I would not recommend this place to anyone
