<div>I really angry!!!!! I purchased hair and they installed it. I was then asked to sign an agreement not to return the hair or request a refund. It was really nice the first day, I don’t want to lie but when I woke up in the morning I was in disbelief. The hair is tangled and difficult to brush. The hair is so stiff like a steel wool. I then contacted the sales lady to complained about the hair and this is what she said to me; “You more than welcome to have an opinion and say whatever you want but at the end of the day it is not goingt to change anything. 1. Purchase made yourself instore 2. Wig was installed 3. Purpose of wig achieved 4. Wig is ******* because you desperate for money 5. Tangling of the hair means poor maintenance as you do not know basic brushing skills 6. It really doesn't make any sense of why you would choose a different hair supplier unless if the objective was to use the hair, damage it and then cry for a refund 7. Our terms and conditions are put into place for clients exactly like yourself that don't have money but want good hair to show off for the night and then poorly neglect it even within a few days to try and **** the company by asking for a refund“. They have no regard for customers whatsoever. I am really angry!!</div>
