I first ordered with them years ago with no issues but this year in june i placed an order for a wig combo i saw on their watsapp and to date i havent received my order and they stopped responding to my texts two months ago. I tried texting them on Instagram only to be told the page is run separately for them by a marketing company which promised to foward my details tp them to sort out the matter. I have literally been ****med of my hard earned R2400 I still can't believe it

Scammers Scammers Scammers!!! The worst company I have dealt with in my life!! I ordered last year November and nothing has been delivered. Every time I contact them they lie to me that my hair is coming next week!!

Hair and bags are us are SCAMMERS I ordered from them on the 15th of January 2021 and still haven't got my hair till today ,every time I asked about the dispatching of my order they tell lies or ignore my messages. There's nothing more painful than negging for something you paid for. They are Crooks! I am never buying my hair there ever again all i want is for them to give me my hair and at this point i would even appreciate my money back!

4 month of nagging
I ordered from them cause they were friends of my relative, paid R2000 In March, every week they tell me lies about dispatching, some weeks they say it’s at customs, they send me a previously used tracking number, they decline my calls, take forever to respond, Even after their friend, my relative intervened… Then finally Threatened to send my husband to their place, then they delivered in June. The wrong hair! When I ask about exchange, they again ignore me so I just left it cause at least I got something…. Don’t put yourself in that situation, having to nag for something you paid for is just stressful. I even have screenshots of you don’t believe me
