4 month of nagging

I ordered from them cause they were friends of my relative, paid R2000 In March, every week they tell me lies about dispatching, some weeks they say it’s at customs, they send me a previously used tracking number, they decline my calls, take forever to respond, Even after their friend, my relative intervened… Then finally Threatened to send my husband to their place, then they delivered in June. The wrong hair! When I ask about exchange, they again ignore me so I just left it cause at least I got something….

Don’t put yourself in that situation, having to nag for something you paid for is just stressful. I even have screenshots of you don’t believe me
