I would like to say thanks to everyone at Halfway Toyota Ottery for the amazing service and great deal done from a husband and father a special thanks to Gerald for his support and professionalism and the special handover he prepared for my unknowing wife you guys were fantastic

They even misled me about I was told that that I'm going to receive R10,000 cash back but now the sales person doesn't even take my calls after waiting for 3 weeks for the vehicle the deal was approved on the 18 of June and I only got the Vehicle on the 7 of July almost a month.

I checked my vehicle in by Halfway Toyota Ottery 14th April 2025, it's the 7th May 2025 and the service is yet to be completed. My vehicle needed a service which has still not been tended to. Every week promises are made and my vehicle is still not ready. Its three weeks now and my business is suffering the lost.

I checked my vehicle in by Halfway Toyota Ottery 14th April 2025, it's the 7th May 2025 and the service is yet to be completed. My vehicle needed a service which has still not been tended to. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent experience at your dealership. I app**** for a vehicle and submitted all the necessary documents, but I was later informed that the car had been sold. This lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing. I had expected a more professional approach, especially considering the time and effort I put into the application process. I would urgently appreciate an explanation for this oversight and any steps you can take to rectify the situation.

I received the worst service in 5years. I've been an client of Halfway Ottery for 5years and just for a staff member to tell me go to another Toyota to fix a problem that is their problem. I took my car for a service, the service was booked for 8:30. I only got my car after 16:00pm. And they did the minor service in 20mins. And they didnt fix my indicator as requested. I took the car again to fix my indicators because I had non, they did a diagnostics... Apparently there's nothing wrong.. I drove home, 10mins into my drive, no indicator again!!!! I will never buy a car there or service my car there... I won't even recommend anybody to buy there...

I Had a few engagements with this branch, to have our work vehicles serviced and i had some interest in buying as well. With regards to a car service to date i am not sure what to make of this, the work vehicle was booked in advance and i am aware that you have to tow the line early for the inspection and it get assigned to a bay. I was about car number 5 in the que just after 8am the morning. Just before 9am i pulled inside and explained that they have to look at the brakes as it was noisy. I was told that i can come and collect at about 2pm. When i got there i went through the showroom to the service side and did not see the vehicle so i looked by the wash bay but saw it parked outside still dirty only to discover that it was not serviced yet. I was told that i could sit in the waiting area which i did. Over an hour went by and the car still was not serviced and i was getting inpatient as i had an appointment. Eventually the car was brought in and i was told that it will only be a few minutes with a smile. I thought to myself what service takes about 20minutes if i mentioned the brakes. To date i cannot say that plugs, oil. oil filter, air filter etc. was done but to be fair ill say maybe they just changed the oil. According to the workshop manager the car was done and needed to go to the wash bay...i unfortunate declined the wash as I had only minutes left for my appointment. Moral of the story is that the car was there most of the day to get a 20minute service and the brakes were not looked and Toyota probably skipped a lot of what they suppose to do as a standard the car is still under warranty. All i can say is hopefully Toyota can come up with a video experience for ones car and customer service after all seeing is believing. I will write a separate review for the sales side to not get my experiences confused.
