I took out a cell phone contract with them in 2023 and also insured the phone with them and it started giving me problems sometime in October or November I can't recall and first week December it completely went off I then booked it in to them for repairs but till now I have not received my phone back or even a phone call from them I had to take out a new cell phone contract bear in mind I was still enjoying the break because I have finished paying that one and canceled the contract but I had to go and sign up for a new cell phone contract can someone please tell me what is the use of having insurance?
I don't know what kind of a leather you guys sold me it started peeling off from the very same year I bought it and it's getting worse my heart is so broken I'm talking about R25K cash little did I know that I'm buying a Pleather not Leather
I bought a set of Pots from Lee morgan last year, firstly I was very disappointed when I firstly discovered that they do not handle heat well, my food will burn even when the stove is on 3 which doesn't happen with even the cheapest Brand that I had Pots from Hart . As if that was not enough the handles on 3 of my lids have fallen off in a year. This is definitely not what I expected from this brand as it is very expensive imagine I paid 13K I don't even owe them a cent.
I joined them 2021 they had a black Friday special which was R99 per month for 3 years so the contract ended last year November but to my surprise they deducted R200 and some odds in Jan and I reversed it coz I did not give them consent to take money from me and according to what I was told I was on a 36 month contract and it ended apparently when the contract ends they automatically put u on another contract without your consent what is worse the amount defers are they not supposed to first speak to me before taking an amount that I never discuss and agreed on with then what apsets me the most is to take to hand me over to a collection company as if I owe them something I paid all my premiums for the duration of the contract what else do they want from me they now going to mess with my credit record cause a collection company called Nimble called me this morning ZONE FITNESS PLEASE FIX THIS I DO NOT OWE U A CENT.
I have never seen such rudeness, his staff is very rude and unprofessional I don't even know why I went back there because it's not for the first time I got the same treatment in year 2023 when I took my mom to his surgery.
Even in my next life I would never recommend them
Since today I have not received my parcel one of their drivers called me on Friday to meet him at Gugs Police station at 6pm bear in mind I told him it's late I can't go there he then promised to deliver on Monday today it's another story.
They even misled me about I was told that that I'm going to receive R10,000 cash back but now the sales person doesn't even take my calls after waiting for 3 weeks for the vehicle the deal was approved on the 18 of June and I only got the Vehicle on the 7 of July almost a month.
I submitted a claim with Capitec last week when I was still in Capetown and I was told that the guy assisted me did not send all the required documents and I went back there to make sure everything is sent, I then traveled to EC where my mother's burial will be held and I went to one of their Branches in Cofimvaba to check the status of the Claim and I was told a different story bear in mind it's my mother's funeral on Saturday I need money for preparations.
Bunch of ****ers I purchased a pair of Sandals last year on the 3rd of December up until today I have not received it, I went to one of their stores in Canal Walk and the also could not help just provided me with a customer service number that is always unavailable.
