Worst service Ever!!!!!!!!

I received the worst service in 5years. I've been an client of Halfway Ottery for 5years and just for a staff member to tell me go to another Toyota to fix a problem that is their problem.

I took my car for a service, the service was booked for 8:30. I only got my car after 16:00pm. And they did the minor service in 20mins. And they didnt fix my indicator as requested. I took the car again to fix my indicators because I had non, they did a diagnostics... Apparently there's nothing wrong.. I drove home, 10mins into my drive, no indicator again!!!! I will never buy a car there or service my car there... I won't even recommend anybody to buy there...
