Disappointing Experience with Hamba Jeans* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Hamba Jeans. I placed an order for a pair of jeans on 12 March, but unfortunately, I've have not received my order.
What's even more frustrating is that despite numerous attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, I've been met with complete silence. No response, no update, no apology.
As a customer, it's unacceptable to be ignored like this. I hope Hamba Jeans takes steps to improve their customer service and communication.
This is the second time it's happening. December 2024 same thing.
Until then, I would caution others to think twice before ordering from them.
