Disappointing

Disappointing Experience with Hamba Jeans.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Hamba Jeans.I ordered a pair of jeans on April 10th, but unfortunately, I still haven't received them. This is the third time I've experienced delays with this business, and the communication has been non-existent.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, I've received no response. The promised delivery dates have been repeatedly pushed back, with the seller claiming I'll receive my order "by Friday" - but nothing arrives.

When I requested a refund, I was met with complete silence. The lack of customer service and follow-through is appalling.

As a customer, it's disheartening to see local businesses operate in such a manner. It's challenging to support businesses that don't prioritize customer satisfaction and communication.

Previous time she asked me remove my review. Then all of a sudden I received my jeans. 😡😡😡😡
