Frustrating process if you want to offer online

Disappointing Experience with Hamba Jeans.

I'm extremely disappointed with my online purchase from Hamba Jeans.I ordered two pairs of jeans on 1 August 2025. I still haven't received them. It is not the first time I've experienced delays with this business, and the communication has been sporadic.

Contacting them via FB Messenger and WhatsApp had the promised delivery dates repeatedly been postponed, with the seller saying she'll send it 'tomorrow', but nothing arrives.

When I requested a refund, I was met with complete silence. I have to agree with other review, the lack of customer service and follow-through is appalling.
