Stayed for 6 nights.<br> Day 1: Saturday when we entered the apartment I noticed that the unit was dirty. Fingerprints on kitchen cupboards. Dishes and all utensils in cupboards were filthy. The kettle and salt and pepper grinders were sticky and grimey.<br> The bathroom counter was dirty. The toilet was dirty. I contacted Lutz and he said he would send a cleaner on Monday. I asked to stay in another unit, he said there was nothing available.<br> Day 3: Wednesday the DSTV was off from 4pm to 4pm Thursday, due to the account being in arrears.<br> Day 5: Friday night the electricity went off as the prepaid box was empty. 0kw.<br> Day 6: Saturday 8:30am the agent brought electricity.<br> I have received no refund nor apology from the agent or the unit owners.<br>
