I purchased the "stainless steel" pressure cooker from Big5, it started rusting on the top rim after 2 uses. Big5 says that its normal and refuses to refund me. I have never had a stainless steel pot rusting, even after years of daily use. To save yourself stress and frustration, rather don't buy from this company. Email communication is like squeezing water from a stone.

Having dealt with numerous online shopping companies, I have had the worst shopping experience with OneCart. I ordered from Makro, half the items I ordered were out of stock. Makro's website for the Germiston store showed stock, so did OneCart's app. Next, the driver mixed up my delivery with another person. The driver returned with my order 1,5 hours late. My frozen items were soggy and defrosted. Now, there is now an issue with the money refunded to my wallet. It shows R515,96 less than the amount I should be refunded. OneCart consultants say that its a technical issue. Its been over a week, and it still has not been resolved. Why does the tech department need more time to fix this? I have been given no progress feedback, just the same reply. -sent to tech department. Kindly refund the correct amount to my wallet, so that I can move it from OneCart to my bank account, and finally be done with this company.
A few months ago I called the call center to active the BIS on my phone for ONE month. <br> As my phone went in for repairs and I needed to use my old blackberry.<br> Please note that it is my husbands account. He has given me authority on the account and I have a pin/authorization code. The lady at the call center helped me.<br> <br> I had a look at the billing recently and saw that the BIS was still on our account.<br> <br> I called the call center again to have them remove the BIS from our account, as my phone has long since be repaired and I have no use for BIS.<br> I spoke to a lady by the name of Sive Sixabayi who was completely unhelpful saying that my husband needs to phone to remove the BIS. Why is that since I was the one who put it on? and I have been given authorization by my husband and have a pin code?

Stayed for 6 nights.<br> Day 1: Saturday when we entered the apartment I noticed that the unit was dirty. Fingerprints on kitchen cupboards. Dishes and all utensils in cupboards were filthy. The kettle and salt and pepper grinders were sticky and grimey.<br> The bathroom counter was dirty. The toilet was dirty. I contacted Lutz and he said he would send a cleaner on Monday.
