Got into rental agreement with Rushane Fortuin. She ****med me, and used the above business brand where she works to cover her dirty work. Brought this to her bosses attention he seemed not to care. My concerned is if she can do what she did to, are there above mentioned brand clients safe? Especially with their information. Is this a legitimate business? Friendly warning my South African people. If a company can allow/tolarate an employee who's going around ****ming and use the company name to cover their dirty work. Its disappointing.

Breach of Contract, Full payment but no service
My application for a bond was approved by Bond a Property, They told me to pay R12500.00 to register my new company and trust fund account so that they can be able to give me R350 000.00 to buy a house and they told me that the whole process will take 5 to 6 months. I made a full payment and is been already 7 months, when i call them they don't answer my calls and they don't respond to my emails

Hamilton Attorneys is Useless
We rented 33 Meadow from Mark van Gelder. When we moved in, there was problems with the property. We had to pay for our own security beams which was supposed to be part of the rent. The carpets were stained and torn but i put our own carpets on top to make it more livible. Whilst living there we found out that two previous tentants deposits were never paid back to them as Mark charged them for the most ridiculous things. He still has not paid our deposit back and charged us for the same things he charged the previous tenants! We also sat without a basin in the kitchen for the last month as this fell through and we had to wash our dishes outside!!! He owns Jacks Paints store and i can just imagine how he ripps his clients off!!! He is aided and abetted by Hamilton Attorneys who takes his word against yours!! They say they sent me emails but i only received one email asking where the money should be paid to.<br> I have the emails from previous tenants also fighting with him about the same thing.
