DONT EVER TRUST THESE GUYS!!
We used the services of \Eezi Move"or rather Eezi Stealers on the 27th. We packed our own stuff and all they had to do was take the beds apart and load the stuff. My daughter packed her cellphones in her bags and unfortunately left this in a cupboard in the room. Needless to say after they shoved all the goods into the rooms and we unpacked later after they left"

Hamilton Attorneys is Useless
We rented 33 Meadow from Mark van Gelder. When we moved in, there was problems with the property. We had to pay for our own security beams which was supposed to be part of the rent. The carpets were stained and torn but i put our own carpets on top to make it more livible. Whilst living there we found out that two previous tentants deposits were never paid back to them as Mark charged them for the most ridiculous things. He still has not paid our deposit back and charged us for the same things he charged the previous tenants! We also sat without a basin in the kitchen for the last month as this fell through and we had to wash our dishes outside!!! He owns Jacks Paints store and i can just imagine how he ripps his clients off!!! He is aided and abetted by Hamilton Attorneys who takes his word against yours!! They say they sent me emails but i only received one email asking where the money should be paid to.<br> I have the emails from previous tenants also fighting with him about the same thing.

MARK VAN GELDER IS THE SLYEST LANDLORD EVER
