Disgusting service at Royal Bakoena Hamilton park lodge Kiepersol

I booked at this place for the 21-25/12/2023 with my family. The place itself is very very nice but the service stinks. If I had known that it is under Black management I wouldn't have booked there at all. I was cooked by the location and thought it was a good place. The rooms are very nice with white linen but dirty. We had no drinking nor bathing water, we complained and complained but it fell on deaf ears. The poor workers there were very nice and overworked. The woman in charge of the place was sooooo unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was disgusted to say the least. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone. Stay away from this place.
