UNPROFFESSIONAL AND INCONISDERATE
I want this company to remove my name from their blacklist system. I have been sending the requested documents but they are refusing to remove my name from the credit beauro

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND CLUELESS.
So unhelpfull, when you call, they send you from pillar to post, they do not know what they are doing there.

Disgusting service at Royal Bakoena Hamilton park lodge Kiepersol
I booked at this place for the 21-25/12/2023 with my family. The place itself is very very nice but the service stinks. If I had known that it is under Black management I wouldn't have booked there at all. I was cooked by the location and thought it was a good place. The rooms are very nice with white linen but dirty. We had no drinking nor bathing water, we complained and complained but it fell on deaf ears. The poor workers there were very nice and overworked. The woman in charge of the place was sooooo unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was disgusted to say the least. I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone. Stay away from this place.

Excellent service at blyde rivier cabins.
I visited this bush lodge with my family in December 2023, Wooooow!!we had such a wonderful time. The place is like paradise, its deep in the bush and the cabins are so beautiful and very clean, its a very quiet place close to a river, you only hear running water and different types of birds, frogs and other animal sounds. The service was like a five star accommodation and the owners, Gale and her husband Wllem were so welcoming, very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone, its an excellent home away from home its worth your every cent, value for money.

Disgusted customer with Spitz outlet in Ilanga Mall
On the 16th /12/2023 at around 6 pm I went to Spitz shop at Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit Mbombela. I wanted to buy some sneakers but there was too much noise, all the workers there were dancing to very loud music, it was as if its at a tarven . The music was so unbearable and they were also screaming on tip of their lungs. No one attended to me. I was very disgusted and disappointed, I never expected such behaviour in a big mall and descent shop like Spitz. Please I want this attended to and I am expecting a feedback. Those kids were even disrespectful and I told them that I was going to report this, they just laughed at me.

Scammed of my money at fnb
I have been defrauded of my hard earned money which is under the care of first national bank.This guy called as if he was from fnb,and before I new it R6000 was gone from my account.I reported the matter to the bank and they promised to contact me within 24_48hrs,this happened on Tuesday the 24th and up till now I haven't heard from them. Their service is very poor and don't care. I entrusted my money to them and expect it to be safe with them therefore I want them to re embers me.As a bank they need to ensure that my money is safe and criminals do not just access our accounts as easy as this.within 30 minutes 6000 was gone,and it was 1000,a 1000, 1000,1000 until it was 6000,why didn't they suspect ,it was not like 6000 at once.
