I made an order on the 12th of Feb for the 14th. They never delivered on the day. I called and was told they couldn’t get hold of their driver. I had to drive around looking for a place I could get roses just to give to my woman, but I unfortunately couldn’t find any coz it was already 6pm. Her day was ruined. I then called Hamper World the following day to complain and was told the driver was in an accident the previous day(14th), but will deliver the package today (15th). The lady then said her manager will call me as she had escalated the matter. The package arrived and the chocolates had melted and the roses had started to decay. Till today I’m still waiting for the manager’s call. Best thing they could’ve done was to recall the package and deliver fresh roses and chocolates, but they didn’t. Seems like the package slept in the driver’s car. First time buying from them and their 1st impression to impress really sucked.
