Shocking service and empty promises

I bought 2 sets of pulls handles from your store in Somerset West on the 6th of November. The salesman told us that the handles will be there at the latest by the 13th of November. Obviously very eager to make the sale.

The 13th came and went and no communication from the store and also no handles in sight. I called the store again on the 16th, leaving a message for the sales person to call me back. Needless to say, no-one called back.

I then visited the store on the 20th of November to enquire about my handles and as expected, the handles were not there. I subsequently asked that the sales person, not present at the time, call me the following Monday and advise on the handles.

Monday came and went, and still no handles and no phone call. I called again on the 26th enquiring about the handles, and were then told that the supplier can only send it on the 4th of December. Almost exactly 1 month later.

In closure, Handles Inc is very eager to take your money, making empty promises of speedy delivery and then after a month, you still don't have your goods and they sit with your money.

On top of that, no-one is even slightly interrested in keeping you in the loop, communicate with you or return your calls.
