*********** unfriendly and unhelpful
I actually cannot even give Handles Inc TYGERVALLEY branch (NOT Cape Town branch) a one star rating. They are the most unfriendly, unhelpful, *********** three sales “men” I have EVER encountered and I will rather drive all the way to Cape Town, than ever set my foot at the TYGERVALLEY branch again.

I actually cannot even give Handles Inc TYGERVALLEY branch (NOT Cape Town branch) a one star rating. They are the most unfriendly, unhelpful, *********** three sales “men” I have EVER encountered and I will rather drive all the way to Cape Town, than ever set my foot at the TYGERVALLEY branch again.

Dealing with Handles Inc and their team was a total pleasure ! Handles Inc have really good products, proper stuff, well made. The people at Handles Inc are amazing, the help you plan they whole project, and think it out with you. There is lots of after sales service, and they add extra assistance and things in, that are really appreciated... It's a convenient and stylish store, and parking and location is great in Bree Street... I really like it there

Dealing with Handles Inc and their team was a total pleasure ! Handles Inc have really good products, proper stuff, well made. The people at Handles Inc are amazing, the help you plan they whole project, and think it out with you. There is lots of after sales service, and they add extra assistance and things in, that are really appreciated... It's a convenient and stylish store, and parking and location is great in Bree Street... I really like it there

I received exceptional service from Ricky at the Cape Town store. Shipping to Pretoria was super fast and the items arrived in good order. The door handles received exceeded expectations and are the best quality. Highly recommend!

I received exceptional service from Ricky at the Cape Town store. Shipping to Pretoria was super fast and the items arrived in good order. The door handles received exceeded expectations and are the best quality. Highly recommend!

Non-existent service
Bree St.: the experience went from too-good-to-be true to being non-existent. I was looking to buy cabinet pulls to match some that I previously purchased at this store. I visited in person, and they said they didn't carry that type any longer. However, they phoned the Sommerset West branch and confirmed that the item was in stock there -- they even said they would arrange with someone from that branch to bring the item home, so that I could collect it much closer to where I live. I was amazed at the excellent service. Of course, I never heard from them again. A few days later, I phoned and was told they would phone back. No further contact since then. Why pretend to do customer service when you don't care?

Non-existent service

Without going in to too much detail Dealing with Juan Els has been an absolute pleasure!! My company is Joburg based and Juan is Cape town Based (George) . Juan went completely out of his way to insure he had me informed the complete duration he had dealt with me, phoning and organizing with different branches and head office to assist with finding my product and with that said still managed to insure I received the product in a short time frame to assist my company reach deadline. Been a pleasure working with Handles Inc and Juan Els 👍👍

Well done Tyrone at Handles Inc
Had such great service from Tyrone Croy at the Cape Town branch . unbeknown to him I had some injections in my knees prior to visiting the store and was not feeling great. We found the handles we wanted and he arranged transfer from another store and delivery to my home as they did not have stock at the store. all this done within minutes Paid for the goods and on the way home decided we wanted the bigger handle and Tyrone managed this change effortlessly for us Thank you so much for the great service Tyrone

Shocking service and empty promises
I bought 2 sets of pulls handles from your store in Somerset West on the 6th of November. The salesman told us that the handles will be there at the latest by the 13th of November. Obviously very eager to make the sale. The 13th came and went and no communication from the store and also no handles in sight. I called the store again on the 16th, leaving a message for the sales person to call me back. Needless to say, no-one called back. I then visited the store on the 20th of November to enquire about my handles and as expected, the handles were not there. I subsequently asked that the sales person, not present at the time, call me the following Monday and advise on the handles. Monday came and went, and still no handles and no phone call. I called again on the 26th enquiring about the handles, and were then told that the supplier can only send it on the 4th of December. Almost exactly 1 month later. In closure, Handles Inc is very eager to take your money, making empty promises of speedy delivery and then after a month, you still don't have your goods and they sit with your money. On top of that, no-one is even slightly interrested in keeping you in the loop, communicate with you or return your calls. Shocking service
