I ordered from superbalist for the first time and i got my delivery. The item was incorrect i order white reebok sneakers in a size 4 and ended up getting pink size 8 takkies and black size 7 boots. Now they dont have a pair of the same reeboks in size 4 that i requested. This is super upsetting and disappointing for a first time buyer i high recommend NOT TO ORDER DROM THIS SITE as they cant even get your ores right for a FIRST TIME BUY. I will NEVER ORDEE FROM THEM AGAIN
After being with Miway for a half a year I had been in an accident, upon claiming i had no issues with the insured I was quite pleased with them, they had fixed my car with no issues. A year and a half later my bonnet (where the repair was) the paint started cracking, peeling and fading. I then called Mi way telling them this was poor workmanship. I then had to take it back to the company where it was repaired for assessment, This assessment took over 2 weeks. Meanwhile I'd been calling Miway almost every day checking to see what the assessment had said. During the 2 weeks promises were made that they would follow up or call me back or the manager would keep in contact, to say that all of this was a lie and I had no assistance from them. After what took forever I finally got the report stating that something had fallen on my car and that is why it was cracking, peeling and fading. If you look at my bonnet you can clearly see that it's not drops on my car but majority of my bonnet that has this problem as well the corners of my bonnet are peeling which means if anything fell on my bonnet the fenders should be affected as well or at the very least anywhere else on my car would be affected. Miway then said the only other way to solve this is i should go get my own report and pay for it myself and then they will take it from there. Bear in mind I am the client and they were supposed to be assisting me cause they had sent me to this auto - repair shop. Upon getting my own report I came to find that infact is was indeed poor workmanship as I had stated!!! Where my engine protrudes heat is where the cracking, pealing and fading clearly indicating that this was a bad job done. The preparation as well as the clear coating was not done correctly!! The service is horrible, the manager and employee's are unpleasant and accommodating. They took their auto repair company side as opposed to their own client's when you can clearly see this is bad workmanship!!!! The worst insurance company I have dealt with !!! Miway does not care about their clients. My business will be going elsewhere as well as any other references I have given for them. ,
Without going in to too much detail Dealing with Juan Els has been an absolute pleasure!! My company is Joburg based and Juan is Cape town Based (George) . Juan went completely out of his way to insure he had me informed the complete duration he had dealt with me, phoning and organizing with different branches and head office to assist with finding my product and with that said still managed to insure I received the product in a short time frame to assist my company reach deadline. Been a pleasure working with Handles Inc and Juan Els 👍👍
The day time maternity sisters and nurses are absolutely disgusting. They sit and talk about every patient and doctor in the hospital, They scream, laugh and make jokes loudly outside the hall way. No body gets rest and god forbid someone saying something about it as they start become spiteful by taking long to help you or taking long to retrieve your meds. Ive asked them countless of times to keep it down but i just get spoken about or dirty looks. Havent gotten any sleep at all !!!!! Will be taking this further as i have each and ever persons name that i dealt with that was outlay rude. This job is meant to be a passion not just a money making day by day get by. These woman have no respect for anyone around them nor for their elders. My gran came in to help me bath after hours asking the sister and nurse if it was okay and after leaving on her way out thanked the nurse for letting her in as and as she walk away they were talking about her and pulling tongues at her as i watched!!!!!!!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! Night time staff are very respect , helpful and friendly. Day time nurse are inconsiderate, loud, rude and dont look like they want to work with other people!!!!

Hi All, 2 years ago (2021) I signed up with Miway insurance through Uber sure brokers, Having good service, fast responses and cheap insurance from them. Last year October (2022) Miway informed me they will be increasing my premium by R600 which I thought was just crazy, having said that I got into contact with Uber sure brokers. They again had good service very helpful and got my premium to be increase by R200. Only to find out that they applied this for the following month and not the current month. I then AGAIN call Uber sure brokers asking why they set it for a month later and the reason for my previous call was to reduce it the same month because I simply could not afford it. The broker Ashwin that was helping me assured me he would get back to me and he will get a credit for the next month. Next month came and the SAME amount was deduced. I then struggled again to get hold of Ashwin and had no luck. I then spoke to other brokers to assist and got nowhere. I then got into direct contact with his Manager Jonny because Ashwin simply could not do his job, His manager then assured me he will sort it out and Ashwin would come back to me. For 1 day (the same day )I had the good service then nothing for a week. I called again this week speaking directly to Ashwin requesting to speak Jonny because once again Ashwin was no help and just lied, however Ashwin assured me that his manager will call me back, later on I got a follow up call from Ashwin saying Jonny just came out the meeting and will be contacting me soon, then there after nothing. The following day I got a surprise follow up call from Jonny only to find out Ashwin had not told his manager ANYTHING (not too sure who was lying here). When getting cover from Uber sure brokers they are brilliant but when issues arise they simply chaotic and unprofessional. Id strongly advise against ever using them from my personal opinion. Having a bad employee is bad but having a manager that good not handle is terrible. Ashwin and Jonny have terrible service, broken promises and lies. Every time I try get in to contact with them Ashwin and Jonny they are not around or in meetings and “promise to call back”

I signed up with dotsure a year ago and ive recently had an incident with one of my dogs so i did what i had to took my dog to the vet and got my claiming papers and sent it through first!! Just to send the papers to them is a mission to get the right email second i had waited 2 weeks to get payed out which i had no complained about up until i see that they had payed me money short !!! I pay dotsure every month, same date with not a cent too short !!! but now when i need to get payed out its short, THEN i phone to cancel and i get promised that it will go under investigation and a week and a half NOTHING !! Its easy to take our money but its a problem to pay out, i would advise not to insure with them ! And hello peter and many more will know about this proof service you provide!!!
