The student that first saw me was very friendly I requested a thinner needle as I have very fine veins She had to get a senior to assist .. this person did not even greet me when entering the room .. proceeded to look for a suitable vein in both arms and after much ado had to concede a thinner needle was required There was much sighing and just a general air of unfriendliness.. it is often the case at this depot .. one of the visits I had to draw bloods at this depot the technician would not listen to me and ended up poking me 3 times looking for a vein with the thicker needle (the same technician by the way) … I try not to use this depot.. I often go out of the way to a further one .. I was pressed for time today and had to go to RMC unfortunately After 50 operations (yes 50 ! ) I think I know my body better that the technicians .. do they not comprehend that most people walking in their door is not well and is there for blood tests to determine the origin … I really was not well walking in that door and then having to deal with the terrible attitude .. the sad reality is that this probably won’t change as the level of service in Cape Town is appalling on all fronts
I’ve almost always had good , efficient service from Dotsure.. claims and payments are processed very quickly with no hassle .. highly recommend
I Placed an order through the Woolies app. It was due for delivery on 14/02 to a business address . The dispatching store wrote my name instead of the actual recipient on the card. The order went back and was delivered the next day (after MANY phone calls) - it was an order for flowers . The flowers looked like it was a few days old already when finally delivered. There was no apology from Woolies to either myself or the recipient.. I’ve taken this issue up with the online sales and with another member of senior management. I still have not heard from anyone at Woolies. This is such bad service .. it’s the one that broke the proverbial camel’s back too, as it was one of many such incidents in the past few months .. I’ve been a loyal Woolies customer for over 30 years ! I’m so very disappointed in Woolies whose public image is that of excellent service !
Green cross cavendish I returned a pair of sandals that were possibly defective as they were burning my feet .. the store manager was quite good and friendly, assuring me a refund after clearing it with her manager .. I had purchased said item with a debit card so a cash refund was due.. the manager requested I call in a day in advance before collecting as they needed to be sure that the store had the cash on hand .. When calling in I received such attitude from one of the sales assistants .. telling me I had to come in that day to collect as she had money in the cash register .. this is not what the manger and I had agreed upon .. I informed her of this and received more attitude.. When going into the store the next day , the same sales assistant was there .. suffice it to say I was not welcomed with a smile or any form of friendliness I have been shopping at green cross from 1992 .. this is the worst service I have ever had .. very disappointed

Second time here and the food and service is just as amazing .. Douglas waited on us with such great attention .. Souq luxury has been added to our list of favourite places to eat .. well done to the Souq team
Had a lovely meal at Mugg and Bean Kenilworth centre. Food has improved so much - it was tasty, well prepared and accompanied by wonderful service from our waitron Melissa. Tomato soup tasted homemade (most places’ soup tastes like it came straight out of a can !) . Special dietary requests due to allergies were were fulfilled effortlessly. Well done Mugg and Bean KC
Had such great service from Tyrone Croy at the Cape Town branch . unbeknown to him I had some injections in my knees prior to visiting the store and was not feeling great. We found the handles we wanted and he arranged transfer from another store and delivery to my home as they did not have stock at the store. all this done within minutes Paid for the goods and on the way home decided we wanted the bigger handle and Tyrone managed this change effortlessly for us Thank you so much for the great service Tyrone
Had a lovely meal at Col'cacchio canal walk Great food and equally great service from our waiter Taku.. such a pleasure to find this combination as it’s not always the case ie great food and great service Well done team Col'cacchio canal walk
Always excellent service I’ve never had to wait more than 3 days for payment They always keep you informed as to where in the process your claim is Overall such a pleasure to deal with !
