Handorf Construction cc, operating out of Paarl in the Western Cape, have just completed renovation work at two of our houses in Herm****. The work was completed in the time frame agreed on, which was five weeks. This work involved repairing ceilings, upgrading kitchen drawers, building a new reinforced concrete support for a Jojo tank, making an external ramp non-slip in wet weather for wheel chair access, modernizing an old bathroom with all new components, (bath, basin, toilet, floor tiles, towel rails, plumbing, paint.) retiling kitchen and dining area, fitting new facia boards, rehanging cupboard doors, painting and general maintenance. The team of workers have been with him for years and are skilled workmen, very polite, kept the premises tidy at all times and were a pleasure to have on site. Mr Handorf, trained in Germany, is thorough, professional and approachable with a 'can do' attitude. His knowledge and experience show with his suggestions of creative solutions to various problems. The work was finished on time, within budget and the properties left spotlessly clean. On a previous occassion Mr Handorf has installed two fire places in our home. They both work efficiently.
