Help with my adminiistration

I need help, i have been ynder Administration with Hannetjie Van der Merve attorney's for 12 years, they have been deducting R1000 from my salary to date, mt debts are not paid. They have deducted over 100 000 from me and have not paid off. I recently handed my self to National Debts Council for them to assist me better. Im struggling to get a rescission from From Hannetjie van der merve attorneys for them to stop deducting from my salary. They dont respond to my emails and don't give me the relevant person whom thry always i must talk to.. A Ms Eloise, im realt frustrated because all they do is just take my money and bit paying anything.. Im stuck with 80 000 debt but have contributed over 100 00 thus far since 2012.
