Help with my adminiistration
I need help, i have been ynder Administration with Hannetjie Van der Merve attorney's for 12 years, they have been deducting R1000 from my salary to date, mt debts are not paid. They have deducted over 100 000 from me and have not paid off. I recently handed my self to National Debts Council for them to assist me better. Im struggling to get a rescission from From Hannetjie van der merve attorneys for them to stop deducting from my salary. They dont respond to my emails and don't give me the relevant person whom thry always i must talk to.. A Ms Eloise, im realt frustrated because all they do is just take my money and bit paying anything.. Im stuck with 80 000 debt but have contributed over 100 00 thus far since 2012. Please help me

Bad service from attorneys
My mother placed herself under administration at hannetjie van der merwe attorneys to consolidate her debts, they promised to help her and agreed on R2500 to be garnished from her forR22000, ever since 2015 until now the amount is still R22000 and they've been deducting money from her since 2015,we tried to go to their offices in Rustenburg and always we've been diverted from pillar to post no one has an explanation of what going on...and now she's going on pension stressed and frustrated.... Pls help I myself I'm also the victim I also placed myself under administration on 2015 paid the amount of R2000 after I finished paying 2019 I received a paid up letter and I was told to pay 1200 to clear my name at ICT and I did that, I was told that my name will be cleared after 20 working days, to date my name appears that I'm under administration and when I call or go to their offices, I'm being told to wait for their call its been 3 years now.

Bad service
Due to unforeseen circumstances I was forced to approach above company for debt review. I paid regularly and eventually settled all my debt, and paid them their fee of R2 500. This was years ago! Since then they have not seen to it that my name is removed from the black list. After many phone calls and e-mails up and down, they eventually sent the application through, but alas, I am still blacklisted. I spoke to Bella, Colen and sent e-mails to A Coetzee. I cannot get a credit card from FNB now. This is bad service - take your fee and don't see the matter through to the end. I cannot even open an account
