I have submitted several complaints against the insurance and they posted that they will be in touch with me since last year November, till to date my car has not been fixed
In 2025 21st of October,Santa client collided with me and damaged my vehicle authentic back ,he admitted that it was his fault and he will claim a third-party at his insurance being santam,santam contacted me and I submitted all relevant paperwork from me that they request and made me not to claim in my insurance and they even treated me like I was the one who caused the accident while their client is the one because he failed to stop at the stop sign,Till to date santam has never said anything and I'm driving a damaged vehicle and when I try to call them all they do is to transfer my calls and no one pick up...I would never recommend this insurance to anyone I care about
On the 21st of October I was involved in an accident with santam client and he admitted that it was his fault, we then went to police station for necessary paperwork and he assured me that he has a third-party liability cover on his insurance package,santam contacted me and within a week,I provided them with the paperwork they requested and they even treated me like I was the one who is wrong,up to date my car is not even fixed, it's now the third month and im driving a dented car,can I be assisted because they don't reply to my emails.
I was a client for cartrack the past year, everything worked out fine until the contract came to an end a di was not aware because they were deducting premiums from the vehicle's premiums, instead of them calling me and explain so that I can make an arrangement so tatthey can debit straight from my account, they cancel the contract and handed me to nimble group saying that I owe them. I don't eve owe them anything,I'm so disappointed and hurt because all along I thought my car was safe and have an active tracker but nothing. And when I call the company I was told that my tracker contract has been cancelled and I'm handed over to nimble group I don't know for what, now my name is been dragged on the mud for nothing

I was a client with budget insurance and took a budget vap product wit I wasil treated and had to cancel the insurance, they've agreed to cancel it has been months but budget vap is still deduction money from my bank account and when I try to call them they're taking me from pillar to post I need assistance in that matter ad be refunded please.
My mother placed herself under administration at hannetjie van der merwe attorneys to consolidate her debts, they promised to help her and agreed on R2500 to be garnished from her forR22000, ever since 2015 until now the amount is still R22000 and they've been deducting money from her since 2015,we tried to go to their offices in Rustenburg and always we've been diverted from pillar to post no one has an explanation of what going on...and now she's going on pension stressed and frustrated.... Pls help I myself I'm also the victim I also placed myself under administration on 2015 paid the amount of R2000 after I finished paying 2019 I received a paid up letter and I was told to pay 1200 to clear my name at ICT and I did that, I was told that my name will be cleared after 20 working days, to date my name appears that I'm under administration and when I call or go to their offices, I'm being told to wait for their call its been 3 years now.
Good morning, my last review was about tracker their device not working..... Well they did attend to me and ended up terminating my contract with them and they told me that actually my contract had long expired with them, they told that they will send an email confirming that the contract is terminated the same day I even went to the technician the same day so that they can remove their device as it was not working anymore, surprisingly they they are busy deducting R770 in my account and I've been reversing it an now they are threatening me with lawyers and the fact that they have been deducting money in my account for the past 6 months while the device was no working its not fair can I be assisted on the matter.
Hello, I have been a client at tracker for few years now and I would say I had a bad experience with them, at this moment I'm beginning the third month now tracker busy debiting money from me and the unit is not working, when I email them they only reply with automated email saying they will call me, juts today tracker debited me the sum of R1305, 98 of which I'm paying R309 monthly, I'm not happy with it I emailed them trying to to cancel the account all they said to me was "sorry for the inconvenience" and nothing was done. Can I be assisted to get my money back this is too much for me.
