Unfairly listed by unknown company

My name is Nonhlanhla I'm writing on behalf of my partner Moeketsi, we recently checked our credit scores because we are planning to buy a house,but to his suprise there's a company that listed him on credit bureau, its name is Hao Cash Loans, he doesn't know this company and never took a loan from that company.
