Bad service from both companies, I bought a Sealy Grande bed set cash in May 2022 at OK FURNITURE tsakane mall. I started to notice that it wasn't the best quality bed around August, I observed it then reported the problem in November, I was asked to bring purchase documents, i did and was told an inspector will be sent, which didn't happen. I was then instructed to send pictures of the bed to Bravo brands by whatapp, after submitting those I'm still waiting, the bed set has factory fault instead of changing it I'm being asked more pictures, they have bad service I regret buying at OK it was my 1st time and I won't make that mistake ever again. That bed set feels old I always have a backpain I just wonder how do they inspect a fault on a bed with pictures only.
I went to the bank on the 19th at 14h15, It wasn't busy there only one person was working at the entrance, a lady who was on a phone assisting a client, an old lady who was expecting money from overseas from what I could overhear. I was the only one at the door, then another lady joined me, still we were not helped, other staff had to be called, 2 went behind the counters one came towards us her name was Cecilia she asked what help I needed I said I need a stamped confirmation letter for employment, she insisted that I should get one from the app and informed me that it's the same thing even though I specifically asked her for a stamped one, then she said the other lady behind the counter will help me, she went outside towards the ATM's I then went to the counter and they told me they are still busy with treasury, then I was instructed to wait on the couches again, the lady that was initially on the call helping the while old woman who was with someone else then asked for my ID, asked for 2 letters as instructed by the employer, she was also complaining that it's not allowed anymore to get a stamped letter I should retrieve it from an app the unstamped letter. Their service was bad.

I'm so disappointed with Ackermans Customer Service, I paid 2142.72 on 27 March 2020 via EFT I used a correct account number and a correct reference number, up to date different consultants call me daily to ask me to make payment arrangement, I've sent Proof of Payment to the WhatsApp number and to customerservice@tenacityinc.co.za still I'm not getting help, they are busy adding interest and not getting to the bottom of the matter, I thought the delay was because of lockdown but this is no longer fair, I regret using EFT.
