Neither I or my kois are happy with Happy Kois

Poor service and questionable quality of work combined with unreliable, and arrogant staff. This firm charged premium rates for a filter conversion that was not completed properly and the plumbing kept developing leaks as a result. I needed to call them out more than three times since the original installation. The last straw was the arrogance, passive aggressiveness and uninformed reasoning to support claims that everything but their 'expert' work is to blame for the constant breakdown of their installed system. AND the fact that they kept me waiting almost three days for an emergency repair (the filter could not run because of the leak that the 'fixed' multiple times already) and with the prized kois in distress, I had to follow up constantly on the appointment day to check on their ETA. For this, their Stuart was unapologetic and instead insisted that I should take it up with someone who never seems to answer his phone. Even though Stuart did the installation, he just works for the people and proceeds to claim that koi filter systems will leak constantly!

Finally had to ask someone else to repair their poor workmanship. What a relief, I hope I never have to deal with them again
