you partner that delivers nothing but frustrations
With a tag line like "Your partner that delivers", you would expect competence. no way. package out for delivery for 4 days with promises not honoured and commitments to even call you back not honoured either

Neither I or my kois are happy with Happy Kois
Poor service and questionable quality of work combined with unreliable, and arrogant staff. This firm charged premium rates for a filter conversion that was not completed properly and the plumbing kept developing leaks as a result. I needed to call them out more than three times since the original installation. The last straw was the arrogance, passive aggressiveness and uninformed reasoning to support claims that everything but their 'expert' work is to blame for the constant breakdown of their installed system. AND the fact that they kept me waiting almost three days for an emergency repair (the filter could not run because of the leak that the 'fixed' multiple times already) and with the prized kois in distress, I had to follow up constantly on the appointment day to check on their ETA. For this, their Stuart was unapologetic and instead insisted that I should take it up with someone who never seems to answer his phone. Even though Stuart did the installation, he just works for the people and proceeds to claim that koi filter systems will leak constantly! Finally had to ask someone else to repair their poor workmanship. What a relief, I hope I never have to deal with them again

security firm advertising through vandalism
A company that deems it appropriate to advertise their services by vandalising your property cannot be trusted. In what way is unsolicited advertising in the form of unlawful stickers on your gates, intercoms and gate motors acceptable? who gave you permission? They clearly do not respect the people they want to do business with? and they claim integrity as a value? AND they are a security company? Also see the review under their full name too: K&N Gate Automation - not inspiring either

Poor service all round
Poor service, both in order fulfilment and in post sales service. The few rands saved cost me dearly. I would most definitely not recommend this business at all!

Superb advice, service and products
<p>I am delighted with my decision to entrust the upgrade of my home alarm system to the team at Trojan. What a refreshing experience! Making a plan when things go wrong
Yes my second repairs transaction with Camera Tek wasn't as smooth as the first one, which exceeded my wildest expectations, but my experience however was just as great. <br> <br> Whilst the parts didn't arrive from Europe on time, Camera Tek kept me informed every step of the way. They dealt with my concerns with empathy and when the deadline for my trip arrived, the team when out of their way to ensure that I'm able to board my flight camera in hand.<br> <br> Thank you for putting me first and for your flexibility
