Happy Nkhoma scam/ fraud

Con artist, scamster. Happy Nkhoma has defrauded our business out of R460,000.00 plus. We have used lawyers to try recoup funds - we have offered a settlement agreement to Happy Nkhoma for the low amount of R40,000 he has fallen to empty promises to pay, which has been a excuse for over 3 months plus. He has sent us racist messages. He is very nice when we speak to him but it’s to only convince us that he’s going to pay. We always give him the benefit of the doubt but each time it’s been a trap to buy more time and make a fool of us. We have tried all possible available avenues to fix this. Be warned if you do business with happy you will Lose your money. Do not deal with Happy Nkhoma he’s going to drive you into a wall.
