Motsepe Complaint on Happy Rhino Hotel

We booked and paid a deposit then saw the terrible reviews on the hotel, my husband flew to Cape Town to go see the place. He was met with a smell and we realised that this is not place we can take my parents and kids to. We asked them for our money back but they refusing and now also they not taking our calls or responding,
