Great service with an excellent Agent.
Working with Hilanie Harmse to find a flat that met my budget and my urgency was truly exceptional. She is efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful. The most hassle free moving experience I have had in a while. Hilanie is a keeper!

Great service with an excellent Agent.

Harcourt Dunn employees vandalising homes.
I do not appreciate Harcourts Dunn vandalising homes by sticking their pamphlets to my garage door. the glue they used left a mark on the door. I tried calling the agent listed on the pamphlet (Khanya Lumkwana).

Stay away from Harcourts Dunn Kuilsriver
If you are looking for a rental in kuilsriver please avoid Harcourts Dunn!! Please do not use them! EVER !!!!! The experience I had with this agency is gut wrenching to say the least . There behavior towards the tenants is by far the worse that I have ever seen or heard of . Harcouts Dunn is solely there for the benefits of the landlord and could care less about the tenants that they struggle so hard to secure intially . They have failed to provide efficient support with regards to maintenance, communication and security. Since living there we have experienced 2 break ins( while asleep at night ) where we basically lost everything!! Not 1 call from them . No extra security measures was taken or followed up on. The apartment currently has mold and a maintenance query has yet to be resolved. If I cauld rate them a 0 I definitely would. It is already so difficult to find proper and affordable accommodation then we still have to deal with this level of bad service. Their services are disgusting.

Stay away from Harcourts Dunn Kuilsriver

Disappointed
I am based in KZN but relocating to CT end of July to start my new employment on the 04.08.25.I did not qualify on my own so my fiancé co-app**** however now they are asking for another R350, yet i paid for the initial application. They ask for all these fees without waiting to get approved first. I have lost my courier booking due to this and i have stressed so many times with Joyce Mouton and Danyelle Kemp the urgency of finding a place so i can confirm address with the courier. I did an application with another agency and got approved, however the property will only be ready in September so i am back to searching again. How did I not qualify with Harcourts. I have less than three weeks to move and I have nothing sorted because of all this time wasted. Harcourts have really wasted my time and money.

If you ever have to uproot your life & relocate to Cape Town as a young black professional starting out, you will relate how extremely stressful the process of getting an apartment in the real estate market here. Willene Woods was like a true God-sent! After weeks of getting no responses & the worst service imaginable, I ran into one of her listings online. The communication? 10/10. Overall service & professionalism? 100/10! Willene & her team went above & beyond to assist me, were happy to answer any and all questions & I moved in seamlessly. I am so grateful to have encountered such Ubuntu. I hope everyone gets to experience such amazing service.

Sold my flat through them and now the agent steps back
On the day I sold my Property he was very helpfull but when the sale went through. I received attitude after I requested his help, but I never received payment. Now I am sitting with no money, and the property is not on my name.

I had the best experience with Willene. I could ask her questions whenever, she made time to answer all my questions and she was very patient and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I highly recommend working with her if it is your first time renting. She is kind and very attentive.
