Delivered my parcel to someone else
I ordered my parcel via Takelot for delivery on Tuesday the 28th of October. They delivered my parcel but to the wrong person - a person called Shanal, who signed for my parcel. Who the hell is Shanal? Why did you allow someone else who doesn't know who I am to sign for my parcel? I paid over R600 for that item and I want my money back. Immediately.1 reply

Over 28 hours for a simswap
I'm wondering if you can answer me here, since you ignore complaints on Twitter or Facebook. It has been over 28 hours since I did a sim-swap to an LTE simcard when I upgraded yesterday and STILL NO SERVICE. I have a brand new phone that is USELESS. When I call your call centre, they first said 2 to 24 hours, now it's 48 HOURS!!! Why is a sim swap taking so long?1 reply
