Stay away from Harcourts Dunn Kuilsriver

If you are looking for a rental in kuilsriver please avoid Harcourts Dunn!! Please do not use them! EVER !!!!! The experience I had with this agency is gut wrenching to say the least . There behavior towards the tenants is by far the worse that I have ever seen or heard of . Harcouts Dunn is solely there for the benefits of the landlord and could care less about the tenants that they struggle so hard to secure intially . They have failed to provide efficient support with regards to maintenance, communication and security. Since living there we have experienced 2 break ins( while asleep at night ) where we basically lost everything!! Not 1 call from them . No extra security measures was taken or followed up on. The apartment currently has mold and a maintenance query has yet to be resolved. If I cauld rate them a 0 I definitely would. It is already so difficult to find proper and affordable accommodation then we still have to deal with this level of bad service. Their services are disgusting.
