No communication, No competency

I am a first time buyer, unfortunately for me I didn’t know much about buying property and expected Harcourts to inform me and assist wherever is needed etc.

I purchased a place through Harcourts (Agent Sonja). Biggest mistake I have ever made.

No communication whatsoever, constantly having to ask for feedback and information. The agent didn’t inform me of anything, what was happening, when it was happening, or the documentation that i am signing.

The agent misinformed me in certain areas and some defects in the unit was never mentioned nor checked.

I’m disgusted by their services provided and will not recommend their SALES department to anyone.

It was simply just another sale!

(Their rental department is GREAT, efficient and reliable)
