Dishonest service
Definitely wont recommend these people. They are dishonest and try make money wherever they can. I contacted them and asked for a quote to which they said R2700+_. Then after my I dropped off the vehicle they contacted me and said R5500+_ for added replacements and when I queried about the original quote they cannot seem to recall anything. When I political declined the quote and collected my vehicle they charged me a fee of R759 a so called inspection fee. This fee was never mentioned at any time even when I declined the quote. What a bunch of crooks, definitely won’t recommend them.

Not up to the Virgin standard!
The gym is easily accessible for Silverlakes residents, however the gym always had a problem with airconditioning. The rules are never enforced, members walk with sock and flops and their bags while using the equipment. The equipment also doesn’t get packed away, not from staff or members. Some of the personal trainers sit around on equipment busy on their phone while the gym us full. There’s trainers that wake around the club barefoot, totally unacceptable! Definitely won’t recommend.

Getaway
Fairly priced for a nights stay, to get away from the rushed city life. Read a book, braai etc. It’s a great getaway feel, unfortunately if you’re looking for a more private place this is not it. The class windows and doors is a great feeling, but there’s a lot of other guests around. Owners were very eager to assist wherever they could.

Instagram worthy
Very nice outing for a Saturday or Sunday morning. The ambiance is great and the decor is definitely a “instagrammable” moment. We had the german roll with a russian and chips. The bun was extremely old and dry. So would definitely not recommend trying that item on the menu. The place wasn’t very clean, assuming because it’s mostly outside and next to the dam.

Great restaurant
Great restaurant with a beautiful view of Pretoria-East. The atmosphere is great and the music is a vibe! The food and drinks are definitely worth the price you pay. Massive portions. Friendly staff! I would however rather recommend going there in the evening than daytime.

Awful service
Drive-Thru order, it was very long and due to Covid-19 it took the Drive-Thru Q ages to move, they only had limited products and the food was not fresh at all. The cashier was very friendly though.

Great place, great ambiance
Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful and eager to assist. It kind of gives you the feel of not being in the city and busy life. The food was amazing and well priced, beautifully plated and displayed.

Going out of their way
Went for a wheel alignment. The staff were friendly and helpful. (My cars tyre pressure light kept on flashing the next day, went back and the staff helped without any questions or payment) Would definitely recommend for professional and sufficient service.

No communication, No competency
I am a first time buyer, unfortunately for me I didn’t know much about buying property and expected Harcourts to inform me and assist wherever is needed etc. I purchased a place through Harcourts (Agent Sonja). Biggest mistake I have ever made. No communication whatsoever, constantly having to ask for feedback and information. The agent didn’t inform me of anything, what was happening, when it was happening, or the documentation that i am signing. The agent misinformed me in certain areas and some defects in the unit was never mentioned nor checked. I’m disgusted by their services provided and will not recommend their SALES department to anyone. It was simply just another sale! (Their rental department is GREAT, efficient and reliable)
