Unacceptable . Totally unprofessional.
I have dealt with Harcourt estate agency in Germiston for 7 years. I rent out my property through them. In March I asked them when my tenants lease expires. I was told by Leticia that it ends March 31st 2025 The house I live in was unexpectedly sold in 3 days. So we decided to move into our property at Fantasia. I told Leticia to give the tenant notice. To move out by end May. Then she says. There is a new lease.! Which I have Never seen or signed. I was totally unaware of it. Leticia said their agent would go out of her way to fine a rental for my tenant. Which she has not done. I tried phoning the manager, Emma Sqanson at least 4 times She does not return my call. I can't get through to their office. The number just goes dead. They have caused myself and my tenant Soo much stress. As I have to move end of May. My tenant went to their office in Germiston and they refused to see her. Told her they are to busy Totally unacceptable. The worst company and staff ever. They caused the problem and they should go out of their way to find a rental for my tenant. That lease is Not legal and they know it but they just hide away and won't face us.

For the most Pathetic Property Rental group ....make use of Harcourt Randhart.
I've rented out my property and the were evacuate by Harcourt due to non payment as well as malicious damage to my property at the end of August 2024. An exit report was done and send through on 2 September 2024. The tenants did not pay their rent at the end of July 2024. Up to now after several calls, e-mails etc. NO Response. I've tried contacting even the CEO, Mr Mario Grobler. No correspondence!
