Unacceptable . Totally unprofessional.
I have dealt with Harcourt estate agency in Germiston for 7 years. I rent out my property through them. In March I asked them when my tenants lease expires. I was told by Leticia that it ends March 31st 2025 The house I live in was unexpectedly sold in 3 days. So we decided to move into our property at Fantasia. I told Leticia to give the tenant notice. To move out by end May. Then she says. There is a new lease.! Which I have Never seen or signed. I was totally unaware of it. Leticia said their agent would go out of her way to fine a rental for my tenant. Which she has not done. I tried phoning the manager, Emma Sqanson at least 4 times She does not return my call. I can't get through to their office. The number just goes dead. They have caused myself and my tenant Soo much stress. As I have to move end of May. My tenant went to their office in Germiston and they refused to see her. Told her they are to busy Totally unacceptable. The worst company and staff ever. They caused the problem and they should go out of their way to find a rental for my tenant. That lease is Not legal and they know it but they just hide away and won't face us.

Bad Attitude from all staff
f. The staff are RUDE, Bad Mannered and have NO idea how to treat customers.<br> My husband and I went there on Saturday to buy a lotto ticket and a few items. We went to the lotto desk and a cleaner had just washed the floor, so the serving staff member started to fan the floor to dry, I accept this, but at NO time did she greet us or acknowledge us, she just had a big conversation with the cleaner and another staff member, at No time did she greet us. When she got to the counter, she just looked at us, no greeting, I asked for the lotto and then she gave me the ticket and held out her hand for the money, NO words were spoken to us from her, still she was JABBERING on to the other staff. I asked her to check a ticket of mine, she did that and then just said, not a winner.<br> We got a few items and went to a till. NO greeting from teller, she rang up the items and just looked at us, My husband said how much is that and she just pointed to the amount shown on the till, , she gave us the change and still NOT a word from her. .No manger was on the floor. .This shop is run by bad mannered staff and is always like this. I will never shop there again , Nobody should shop there!!!
