Sun city main hotel ( unprofessional staff )
Most unprofessional front desk staff. Check ins were 2 hours late. Rooms are in very poor condition. Please don't waste money on this very poorly managed establishment. Main hotel sun city , please train your staff to be more guest orientated. The hotel does not even reply to any complaints on any platform even their onw.

Bad service
Arrived at 10pm only to be told rudely that they are not busy so they are closed and will not be serving us , called the so called manager who was of no assistance. The business hours stated online stated that the establishment is closing at 2am . I’m give it this place 1 year it will be closed

Bad service

Bad service
I waited 1 hour work a cup of coffee. When I asked for the manager the waiter made up an excuse to say that the manager is busy at the back with stock take. After 1 hour they make the coffee and when my cousins ordered coffee cold milk they bring a tub of 6 sugar and no sweetener and no s**** to mix the coffee. After having the coffee that didn't taste like coffee and that is one thing you can't make a mistake with. The manager came and he said he is sorry for the service but this is not acceptable and the place is not busy. This is not the first place I have been to where the service is bad and nothing happens to get the stranded back up it is like they just don't want to work

Disappointing Experience - won't return!
My family and I had high hopes for our December holiday visit to Sun City, A stop at Hard Rock Cafe within the Casino at Sun City was a must for me after previously enjoying their Florida branch. Unfortunately, this branch fell far short of our expectations. The customer service was terrible, and it seemed like there was no manager on duty. From our order to the wait for our food, everything went wrong, and we had to endure lengthy delays, especially with our small children. Regrettably, we won't be returning to this branch.
