Bad service

I contacted H2F autopart because I was looking for a highlevel brake light for my Renault Megane 3 2010 model. The salesman confirmed that they have stock and that the light costs R650. They also offered to courier the light but I was afraid that if they courier it it might be the wrong light and offered to go pick it up myself. Within minutes, the salesman contacted me and changed his mind and said they could not sell the light to me but the entire tailgate. I did not need a tailgate, just the light and explained it that way to the salesman. He said it is a pity but can not sell the light separately. I then spoke to another salesman and he confirmed that I could buy the light but when I contacted him again, he did not reply at all. It's bad and also extremely unprofessional service and did not expect it from a company pretending to put their customers first. I am deeply disappointed and will definitely not use their services again.
