the best ever
Lekkerslaap has never disappointed me since I joined a couple of years ago. I would highly recommend Lekkerslaap to anyone, and I can confidently say that their friendly and prompt service will never let you down. You don’t have to take my word for it, give them a try and see for yourself!

Very bad service
My wife took me out to dinner on the 4th of February for my birthday. It was a good night that was wasted. From the poor service from the waiter to the manager to the burnt meat. The manager refused to speak to us and preferred to give his attention to the hotel guests. I got up from my table and approached him. His defense was that he did not know where we sat, this after the supervisor showed him where we sat. We could see everything from where we sat and could see her talking to him and also pointing in our direction. The restrooms were dirty with urine lying on the floor and the sinks were also very dirty. The poor service, issues with the food, and the state of the restrooms. It's a shame when a place I trust to offer great service lets me down in such a big way. The manager’s attitude is especially upsetting, as it seems like he didn’t even make an effort to resolve the situation or show me any courtesy It's especially frustrating when I try to resolve things directly and still get brushed off. It’s unfortunate when an International well-known Hotel with such a good reputation doesn't live up to its standards.

Very bad service
I bought the 01/02/2022 Renault accessories from Takealot. It was delivered on 03/02/2022. To my shock, all the items were not in the box as indicated on their website. The valve caps were missing. I contacted them and talked to Luke. I told him what the situation is and he advised me to take a pic of the box, the invoice number and the items inside the box, and email it to him. I did exactly what he asked. I later received an email saying that they were going to pick up the items. I called them again and said that I had already put the accessories on my car and that I just wanted the valve caps. My pleas fell on deaf ears. I still do not have my valve caps and feel like I am being taken for a ride by takealot. No one listens and just does their own thing. I am very disappointed in their service and will never use their services again.

Bad service
I contacted H2F autopart because I was looking for a highlevel brake light for my Renault Megane 3 2010 model. The salesman confirmed that they have stock and that the light costs R650. They also offered to courier the light but I was afraid that if they courier it it might be the wrong light and offered to go pick it up myself. Within minutes, the salesman contacted me and changed his mind and said they could not sell the light to me but the entire tailgate. I did not need a tailgate, just the light and explained it that way to the salesman. He said it is a pity but can not sell the light separately. I then spoke to another salesman and he confirmed that I could buy the light but when I contacted him again, he did not reply at all. It's bad and also extremely unprofessional service and did not expect it from a company pretending to put their customers first. I am deeply disappointed and will definitely not use their services again.
