Bad service and disrespect.

Not happy with their services I received today ...made an enquiry on WhatsApp then had to come and purchase the steering rack only to find out is a wrong one had to drive 2hrs to you only to find out the right one you have is broken the front guy came and took pics and Said he is coming back only to leave us for an hour without saying anything...they way he was shouting at me like I'm a fool ...I don't know why he had to speak to me like that in manner that is ****** and disrespectful...I'm definitely escalating this matter cos to me is a day light ******* I can't just loose money like that ...I will involve the necessary parties to be disrespected just because I'm a black woman...I'm definitely gonna expose you for ******** operating to consumer rights...you can't sell me a wrong part ..if u don't refund you must pass on the credit or give me the right part .
