They came back to fix the borehole and the machine in the box for the pump! My family is enjoying the Borehole now, thanks Ian and Team...My husband Clement even recommended you to another friend around Bedfordview too!

Hard rock wants to bill us again for drilling
Hardrock is overrated! After spending so much money on them I was assured all systems go! poor after sales service and had low pressure to zero water! Now they want to come drill some more and want us to pay all over again🥹 😡 zero communication! They send different teams who give different updates! Owners have no care because they are big in Bedfordview!

Hardrock Drilling borehole rocks !
Highly professional business . Immediate attention to problems experienced 5 yrs after borehole was installed. In addition, very honest and ethical paractice. Reimbursed significant overpayment without any hesitation. Thanks to Veronica and rest of the team

How long is a piece of string? How much to provide a borehole? No clear answer!
Poor quotes scribbled on paper, don't invoice as quoted and won't quote you for the entire job, so each phase is more cost.... I like to know final cost of the service/product I am buying (I am aware that drill depth is variable so accept that can change!)

Disappointed with Hardrock borehole drilling after service.
Hardrock drilling has poor after sales service. They are professional before and during drilling. After that you constantly have to follow up on them. They collect water samples and disappear and not give you feedback on the water quality. If you don’t call them, you don’t get feedback.. After installing filters, you don’t get enough water pressure to water a small garden. After spending so much money on this project, I am hugely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Don't waste your time
Completely unprofessional and waste of time service. If you want your borehole repaired or fixed DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this company. They have my pump, I did not receive any updates or feedback from them unless I phone myself. Till today still no idea when it will be fixed and/or installed. They scheduled for 10am to come through, I ensure I am at the premises before that time. Only for them to cancel on the last second. Then again, only to reschedule and again last minute cancellation. Now they tell me they do not know when they will have it done. So pathetic and disappointing.

I was given a quote for drilling a borehole and when they were busy they told me I have to pay R 5040.00 for pvc casing which was never mentioned before. They are now taking me back and forth as their work is not completed.

HARD ROCK DRILLING-------THE BEST
HARD ROCK DRILLING I highly recommend this company when it comes to bore holes and installations. Professional from the outset and all crew highly qualified and professional. On time and what I loved about this company was the fact that I was quoted for a 96 meter hole but they hit water at 25 meters and kept me in the loop all the time , finally we got to 60 meters and and they credited me for the difference. I read one complaint on this platform and was amused at the irrationality of the complainant , obviously not understanding the procedure. Neville and Veronica you are on the ball and I am drilling a second hole shortly and definitely wont use anyone else. Thanks for a great service....and off course the water we now have.
