After taking my Range Rover Velar for service i drove it to KZN to attend a funeral. At 77000 kilometres the engine seized in middle of the road. This was disappointing. What was upsetting is that there was no willingness from Land Rover South Africa to investigate the incident in order to understand what the problem was. Instead I was told the dealership did not touch the engine so it must be wear and tear. I had to sell the car at a loss just ensure that I don’t incur further expenses.
EasyLocks will rip you off. I called them to open my bathroom door. Something that took them less than 10 mins. They charged me over R3900. I’ve never felt so **********. I will never use them again.
Hardrock drilling has poor after sales service. They are professional before and during drilling. After that you constantly have to follow up on them. They collect water samples and disappear and not give you feedback on the water quality. If you don’t call them, you don’t get feedback.. After installing filters, you don’t get enough water pressure to water a small garden. After spending so much money on this project, I am hugely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
A judgment was recorded at Experian SA against my name in Feb 2021. When I learnt about it in Feb this year, I went to court to have it overturned. The court granted me the judgment in the affirmative. I sent this judgment and the order of the Court numerous times to Experian SA to have the old judgment removed, but I’m being ignored. In the meantime my credit record continues to be tarnished and negatively impacted. This is not fair.
