Disappointing service and Customer relations
Had a borehole service in May with the same service requested 3 months later. They only take 7 days for complaints. Paid cash as agreed with the sales consultant to be later sent an invoice with an outstanding amount that I am still told I owe. Beware and never pay cash to this company

With regards to the borehole service, our standard service typically lasts 6 months under normal usage, but in cases of older equipment it may require attention sooner. We apologize if this was not made clear at the time.
On the payment matter, our policy is that an invoice is always issued for record-keeping, regardless of whether payment is made in cash, EFT, or card. This is to ensure transparency and accuracy on both sides. The cash paid has been applied to your invoice and as a VAT registered company we are required to charge VAT. The call out fee charged is for fuel, travelling time to your property and labour.

After so many years of service, we would very much like the opportunity to resolve this matter and restore your confidence in our company.
