Vinyl floor installation
Upon complaining of the service received for the installation of vinyl floor I got from IFloors Hillfox an apology and refund for the installation. Happy with the outcome

Disappointing service and Customer relations
Had a borehole service in May with the same service requested 3 months later. They only take 7 days for complaints. Paid cash as agreed with the sales consultant to be later sent an invoice with an outstanding amount that I am still told I owe. Beware and never pay cash to this company
