If you ever consider buying a Harley Davidson bike just make sure you are either willing to drive it for ever or never drive it because if kilometers go above 35 000 you will have to give it away for free as nobody will buy it. Apparantly if you buy a Harley you must not drive it too much. Nobody wants the two Rocker C bikes my sister has not even Harley is interested. And we were told they were going to be collectors items…..

If you think of buying a Harley just make sure you are willing to drive it for ever, or never drive it so that the kilometers are not above 35000 , because apparantly if you want to sell it again you must not drive it too much. Dont know why you buy a bike then…..I am so so disgusted with the resale value of Harley

16 working days no refund received yet, the accounts lady doesn't care about ombudsman complaints nor does she care about you getting your money back, parts people said 1 week refund, accounts say up to 14 working days, followed up numerous times for nothing g, this would be a different story if you owed them money!!!

I am torn between the two, both Mzansi as well as Gold Rand. As much as I am fully committed to and support the Fourways franchise (Mzanzi) which by the way will always be my first port of call, the East Rand franchise department does have better stock and availability. The staff at Mzanzi are like family and we will buy our motorcycles and accessories from them, however, the merchandise side of Gold Rand (Busi Mthimunye) definitely wins hands down.

Stay clear of Harley Davidson Mzansi ( Fourways ) , I purchased a motorcycle from this Supposedly Reputable Dealership with Latent Defects the motorcycle was delivered and the subsequent Latent Defects resulted in my unfair dismount but thankfully I managed to come away from this incident with only a few sc****s and bruises , thereafter had to be returned to the dealership for rectification of the latent defects , the repairs of the latent defects took over 1 Month with no formal/proper line off communication surrounding status updates which obviously implies that this Harley Davidson dealership do not have any service level agreements in place to govern their standard operating procedures which sadly, is a far cry from the International Harley Davidson standards widely recognized and admired . The Dealer Principal only stepped in at the end of week 3 and only because I called him directly, his feeble intervention was rather futile and did not expediate this saga in the least even though knowing full well that this entire debacle was a direct result of his staff`s incompetence. Harley Davidson Mzansi (Fourways) display a total disregard and lack of client centricity in all their subsequent actions/ lack there off, related to service delivery in its entirety ……. For your own peace of mind /sanity and safety, if you are thinking of purchasing a motorcycle you should seriously avoid Harley Davidson Mzansi (Fourways)

Bought an Iron 883 and a year later it has cost me more in repairs to standard parts than I originally paid. I don't trust that the work was completed properly and have gone through several mechanics. Dont buy a harley, substandard and terrible service.

Substandard product, failing parts & bad Management. An ongoing issue going on 5 years now - the short is - bought a Harley - The Harley had endless issues from day one from bad paint jobs to substandard parts like the speedometer continually getting moisture in it. their solution (after replacing the part a couple of times) was to offer another bike (newer model) which we would have to pay in a certain amount - we did this with the guarantee we would not have any more issues. guess what more issues and with the speedometer getting moisture in it. This has been replaced 3 times if not more and still it collects moisture. The manager Quinton, I'm not even sure he exists, is never in when we go there and when we call is never available and NEVER calls back, so either he is avoiding the issue or just useless. From day 1 a substandard product with non stop issues - this was not a second hand bike. We have time and time again requested a full refund as the bike sold is flawed. they have agreed to buy it back but at dealership rates or we keep the bike and every 2 months the part gets replaced at their cost- which we have to wait for the part for anything between 3 - 5 weeks. Everything about this brand has been disappointing they even admitted the speedometers are an issue - it would have been great if you informed your buyers!!!!!!! Quinton is not equipped to be managing a dealership if he cannot even return calls and hides in his office when customers go in to find out how they going to deal with the problem. Think twice before you buy a product built on absolute lies, you will be left with problems that the brand will use to make money off you for years to come. It has now got to a point where we will be taking this to the media and consumer watch platforms along with all correspondence over the last 5-6 years.
