If you ever consider buying a Harley Davidson bike just make sure you are either willing to drive it for ever or never drive it because if kilometers go above 35 000 you will have to give it away for free as nobody will buy it. Apparantly if you buy a Harley you must not drive it too much. Nobody wants the two Rocker C bikes my sister has not even Harley is interested. And we were told they were going to be collectors items…..
If you think of buying a Harley just make sure you are willing to drive it for ever, or never drive it so that the kilometers are not above 35000 , because apparantly if you want to sell it again you must not drive it too much. Dont know why you buy a bike then…..I am so so disgusted with the resale value of Harley
I received my new router black Friday Special yesterday R499 uncapped fixed location. It works very good for the few half an hours it was on...but the it is back off again...I have made so many phone calls to MTN today. Gave them the exact co-ordinates but it was again on for an half an hour. The technicians just say there is network problems. Can MTN please advise I cannot pay R499 for this? What is really the problem? It is not load shedding....I have checked. Can I please just return the router and cancel everything. My first payment is also R615.43 and not R499 as advertised. It is a lot of money to pay for no service? Can you please advise? Because I could not get clarity from MTN customer care.
So I am a Vodacom customer but decided to buy the MTN Black Friday Uncapped deal - R499 per month. I received the router 28 November and it worked at the advertised 35 mpbs the whole day. Then at aprox 19h30 it stopped working....so I thought maybe it is loadshedding...no there were only three hours load shedding last night. We still have no internet......I cannot pay R499 for something that does not work. I want to return it and just cancel everything! I also now heard that MTN is the only network in Witbank that does not work when it is loadshedding?
I bought Rain they said the first month is R1 and thereafter you pay R469. I received my router but there is no reception in our area were we live so I immediately informed Rain I have to cancel because there is no signal. They said they will collect it 1 November nothing happened and guess what I received a R469 bill and no reply no nothing from rain.
My car was ****** in January with the Netstar unit in - it was never found. I then cancelled Netstar in March 2023 - nobody told me I must send an email. Now I keep on getting debit orders on my account. I just cant get rid of Netstar and they are costing me a lot of money - not even to talk about my car that was ******!!! There was only one friendly guy trying to assist me Yolanda Daniso. But I still receive calls for money that I owe NEtstar - can I send them a bill for the money I lost on my car.
My car was stolen 14 January 2023 (2018 Toyota Fortuner 2.4 GD6 Automatic 2x4). On my insurance policy it states that my car is insured for retail value which is R430 000 (Transunion/m&m) I have been to various motor retail outlets and all of them gave the same value. Dot Sure now says no but my car was insured under the True Trade retail value which is R350 000 - after a query they increased it to R380 000. Apparently the made sure and could easily buy the same vehicle for R380 000. I have searched and the cheapest one I could buy was R417 000 most of the were over R430 000. No where in my policy it states that the vehicle's retail is determined on True Trade (which I have never heard of). I am financially not able to buy the same vehicle again (2018 model) I do not want better although my vehicle only had 44 000 km on the clock. But Dot Sure just refuses and says I can be glad that they increased it to R380 000. I feel it is unfair why did they not state in their policy retail value is True Trade retail value ? I just want to be paid what I paid my insurance for. I did not ask for my car to be stolen??
A fraudulent upgrade was done on one of our business accounts to a MTN Sky. We have been trying to get this sorted out with MTN since last year November with absolutely no help from their side. I must now contact the person at MTN who did the upgrade - but that is also impossible as even MTN can't get hold of the person. We have been paying R1900 for a R200 contract since May 2015. I do not understand how can it be so difficult to sort out an upgrade certainly they must have the signed contract for the upgrade? I do not know where to go to as I am phoning everyday without any response from MTN at all!!! And in the meantime we must just pay up!
I activated my parent's DSTV subscription (which was paid in advance) today after it has been deactivated because they were not at there house due to sickness. As I was busy with wages I forgot to request that they must activate the compact package because my parents can't afford the premium package. It was activated at aprox 14:00 - so tonight my husband asks me if I remembered to change it to compact - I then phoned DSTV at aprox 18H00 - just to be told I am sorry once a package has been activated it can only be changed on the billing date which in this case is the 17th of October. Apparantly the T&C specifically state that this is the case, THANKS A MILLION DSTV you just collect money and don't give a damn about pensioners!!!!!!
