We are so sorry to hear about your experience! We try to provide the best service possible and are sorry that you experienced these issues with the delivery of your product.
Regarding your experience using our Uric Acid Support, an increase in symptoms is actually a sign of the product doing what it was formulated to do. The reason for this is that sometimes the uric acid crystals in the joints begin melting causing the pain and discomfort to increase and can even move to different parts of the joints for example hands and feet to knees and elbows.
In these cases, we would recommend reducing the dosage slightly for a few days until the aggravated symptoms go away then resume with the recommended dosage. Please also ensure that you drink enough water, at least 2l a day.
As it is a natural product, results can vary from person to person. In some cases the results can be felt after a few days and in other cases it can take up to 6 weeks to feel the full results.
That being said, what works for one person may not always work for another, this is why we have our famous 90-day refund policy! Our customers can therefore use a full bottle of our Uric Acid Support, which is a 2-month supply, before making a final judgement and should it not work for them they can request a refund.
