Staff member refusing to assist

I called Elandsrand Gold Mine on this number today the 28th August 2017 at 11:24am. The male staff member I spoke to on this number ********** said I must call him on wednesday because, he is busy and nobody can assist me. I said to him I will report his unprofessional behaviour and he said I must go ahead. This is shocking that a big company like Harmony Gold Mine can have a staff member who can not do his job by answering a mere phone call in a professional manner. He does not even say his name when his answers the phone. Can somebody who works for Harmony gold mine HR assist me.
